I placed an order at 9:30 tonight for delivery, after 45 minutes my pizza hadn’t been delivered so i check the website to see if there was delays or something but the order had been picked up by doordash and it was showing that it was still going to take an hour to get to me. since i was originally going to just pay cash, i called the restaurant just to see what was going on or what i needed to do. the manager, spencer, was so nice and kind. he apologized and told me that...read full review
Employees are amazing, Fisher, Spencer and Abby are pretty good with their service
The manager Abby is great! There was a miscommunication with my order that resulted in an item being missed, but she made it right and quickly. Also both delivery drivers were quick and friendly. Great store with great employees!

Papa John's restaurant offers fantastic service, with friendly staff and respect for dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free "Papa Bowls". The team is attentive, ensuring food is delivered on time, and they maintain a punctual wait time. The restaurant is praised for its care towards clients and has a great atmosphere that is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Additionally, the staff demonstrates kindness, as shown when an employee allowed a customer to use his phone and provided free pizza while they waited. This reflects well on both the individual employee and the restaurant as a whole.
