My husband and I love the food at chipotle but the service sometimes is lacking. It seems whenever we go at night, around 6 or 7, they are out of multiple items, like queso, guacamole, rice, etc. Sometimes we will even online order and add queso to our burrito or add a side of queso, which costs like 2$, and when we get the order there is no queso or a little container filled 1/4 of the way, but we were still charged for a full side add on of queso. Great location to downtown, I went when it wasn’t super busy so it was fast but super fresh!

Have been to a lot of great Chipotle's. Not the best experience at this one. I found that the Food was not very fresh, the restaurant was not very clean and the service was ok.
Maybe an off day, but it made for a very off experience.
