I’ve eaten at cracker Barrel’s all over this great country over the past 20+ yrs. One of our family’s favourite restaurants.
I have never been as disappointed as today!
The favourite words used by Tia our waitress was “huh and I’m confused” (seriously)
She had 2 stars on her apron… I’m pretty sure it’s out of 10
She never came to the table once to refill drinks and we had to flag her over several times to ask. She didn’t bring biscuits or corn bread until the meal arrived. No jam just 15 butter for the 2 cold biscuits and corn bread.
Over easy eggs had no yokes. The toast was half toasted. No jam just butter and before we even finished dinner she was already asking to bring our bill.
I’d also like to comment on Terri the manager. A rude and unhappy person who I said thank you to 3 times without even an acknowledgment. Angry and rude. A real hag. Time for Terri to retire or rent a personality and see what it’s like to have one.
On a positive note, the retail manager was polite, friendly, professional and engaging. Give this man a raise!

Food was awful… my party was not impressed with service either… waitress got snarky when we asked for our food that we ordered (multiple times). Did not refund us for any of our food that we didn’t eat 3 bites of.

For some reason we keep trying to dine here, but after this last try we are done. We will support a different business.
Did the app check-in. The check-in station was chaos. We were told it would be 5 minute’s before we would be seated. 20 minutes later we were told it would be another 5 minutes. This happens every time. We decided to leave and support a different business.
If you do end up getting seated it takes an hour to receive your food and the service is horrid.

We made it a tradition to always stop here while in St George which was usually 3-4 times a year. The last time and this time we felt disappointed. The menu has changed and the food just didn't taste good. We probably will find a new place to visit in the future.

Waited two hours. Some food was undercooked and plates come in hot as if they were under the heat lamp forever. So our food was super hard.
Got up to leave as our food was coming out and when I said we were about to leave the waitress there attitude as if they were busy “well we had 16 other people to serve”. When we got there the was only 3 tables waiting. Then two larger parties came in with 10+ and some show they got their food first. We were 3 people. Waste of 50$

We had tried this. Location in St George, Utah several times and ever time we say we are not going back, they do not know how to cook! We do enjoy going to other Cracker Barrel’s in other states .

I usually love the country fried steak. However, the gravy was watery, had no flavor, and the steak was soggy. Service was okay. I have a large service dog and was seated at a very small table which made it difficult for her to stay completely under the table.

We love our local southern Utah Cracker Barrel. The food is always fresh & hot. I gave the food a three star because I ordered the pot roast and I wasn’t a fan. It was real fatty and overcooked, way too many onions and not enough carrots for my personal taste. The service was exceptional. We never had to ask for drinks our waitress was bringing new ones every time she came to check on us which was several times. We love the family atmosphere. I believe our server was Rebekah. ❤️

Table of 5, had chicken fried steak to fruit and cereal, everything was good, everybody's toast and biscuits were stuffed in the same basket with a side of gravy for the biscuits and gravy order. Never seen that before but ok. Service was kind of slow, along with the seating, usually they take your name and let you wander the store till it's called but they were seating as you come till something was open so the line was longer. Also I told the gentleman who seated us there was a water spill on the floor at our table and he said he would get it but never did. Place wasn't that busy, just seemed like mismanaged, not like other cracker barrels. Imo
