The only pie I will eat! I am not a pie fan, but once I tasted Croshaw’s pies in St. George, UT just off bluff street, I have been converted. I’ve tried other local pie shops and this one takes the cake - or pie 🤪- the crust is so delicious and flakey. I highly recommend the sour cream lemon pie. It’s perfectly sweet and tart. Kind helpful people run this bakery. Whenever my wife and I are in St. George, this is one place we always go - for a couple slices of pie (or a whole one). Our favorites are lemon meringue, rhubarb, pecan, banana cream, fresh peach, fresh strawberry, AND ANY of their pot pies. They also have really good soups, salads, sandwiches, quiche, AND ANY of their pot pies make a wonderful meal. One suggestion: get there early (and outside of lunchtime or dinnertime) for the best selection...
I've heard great things but have been there twice now and still don't know what the fuss is all about. The pies are no better than other specialty pie shops & their service is nothing special either. Parking is a joke... door dings guaranteed.
