Forgot half the order. Smallest portion of the family size jalapeno cheddar bites. Absolutely laughable how little they put in a $9 dollar items. Worst $40 bucks ever spent to not get the 2 family size curds or the large shake. Order should be $20 after that! No dipping sauce was to be expected and that's what we got. Never again.

Service and counter staff are very efficient and assist in menu selections. Always ready to please and are very polite. Menu items are consistent and similar quality as with other Culver's. Restaurant area offers plenty of tables to seat large and small groups. Area is always kept clean. The catsup and mustard dispensers were in need of replenishing at this location. A trip to the counter to ask for catsup and mustard was required. I did eventually notice a staff member cleaning and replenishing the dispensers while we were seated and eating our meals.

Every time we have been here we’ve placed a curbside order, and the food never comes out. So we go in and it’s been sitting ready to be brought out, it always ends up being cold and inedible. I’d understand if they were busy, but each time there’s hardly anybody there and the workers are barely moving for the couple of orders they do have. I don’t know if they’re just forgetting about the drive thru/curbside or if they’re purposely not doing their job. Culver’s you need to retrain these people or let them go.

I dont know if I will be back to this location. We were having a fairly good dinner. I looked up and an employee was at the 2nd booth on his phone. No big deal though. But then he started scratching his head while looking at the table. Then wiped his dandruff??? Off on to the floor with his hand then went back to work. Just grossed me right out. I couldn't finish eating after that.

Oh my gosh, I really loved this restaurant.! I was traveling from Las Vegas to LA Verkin Utah and stopped here to have fish-and-chips and cheese curds! The staff was so nice and friendly. And they gave me a complimentary soda!

Great and friendly service. Pre-order for pick up or eat in. Food hot and delivered to your table swiftly. If you are looking for an affordable but great hamburger; salad, fried shrimp, kid's meals, shakesn and out of this world frozen custard, you've found the perfect place.

Food is pretty good, when they get it right, but service is absolutely terrible, usually cause I'm still ordering and they tell me my total for the next window, so I guess I'm just done ordering. I understand being busy and trying to get to the next person but there is never anyone here when I come by this particular location. Employees are always talking and on there phones not paying any mind to the customer like they have better things to do, notice this is with the drive through in particular

We keep having the same problem when we order the cranberry, bacon bleu. They leave off the bacon. When we get home we are to far away to have them add it when we call and tell them the problem. So this time we ate in and YUP they left off the bacon. Went to the counter and they apologized and gave a little side of bacon??????
Why does this keep happening?????
