Got food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate all day. Young kids probably weren't trained in food handling very well or just dont care. First time trying it so I was excited. Fried curds were good. It was the burger. No doubt meat was bad.

Ordered 2 items. They only put one in the bag. Of course didn’t realize until I got home.
“Oh just drive back in and we will refund you” they said on the phone.
No way am I driving 40 minutes round trip to get a refund. Besides, if I came back it would be for the food I planned on for dinner.
Can’t do basic job of packing full order. Non customer friendly process for fixing mistakes.
Honestly a scam at that point as all they have to do is not fulfill full orders knowing that people likely won’t find out until they get home and the restaurant won’t need to refund anyone.

This is The. Best. Culver’s. I have been to a lot of these (grew up in Wisconsin), and this is undoubtedly the best!
Trust NO ONE Ever
Extremely disappointing for Culvers. Seemingly not cooked to order burgers. Meat was on the dry side like it sat in a warmer before it was made. Not a fresh off the grill burger. Blah. On my second visit my order was not right and again the sandwich was cold. Burgers should be hot off the grill. Wendys serves it the same way. I hope A.I. gets to fast food soon, a robot can do it quicker and more efficient. Then lets retire the useless manager who's not doing his job. They do not serve milkshakes. Yoghurt shake or something like it. Strike two. They won’t get a third visit. Lets all hope H.H.S. does their job and completely elliminate fast food. They cut too many corners to keep their profits healthy and we get a chilled burger, brilliant planning.

Hey, so the menus offers tons of stuff – burgers, fish, shrimp, chicken, the works. You *have* to get the custard. It's amazing! I went back and changed my review because, get this, they changed their policies. Now they won't give me fry sauce with my fries, and they charge extra! It's so annoying how prices keep going up. Seriously, it's disrespectful to customers, so ungrateful!
So to the owners: just stop trying to nickel and dime us for fry sauce! It's a condiment, for crying out loud! Why not charge for ketchup and forks, too? Don't forget the spoons while you're at it? Is this really that hard to understand? Really talk to corporate about this?

I went to the drive through today, Saturday January 4 and ordered two dinners. Then they asked if a wanted tartar sauce and I said yes. She then asked if I wanted fry sauce and I also said yes, which I was charged for. They asked me to pull up after I paid which was a longer than usual wait. They finally brought out my order and when I got home I pulled out our order. NO FRY SAUCE, NO TARTAR SAUCE. I guess the reason I’m so bugged, when my husband went to Culver’s in St George last time the exact thing happened. Don’t ask if we want something added on if you’re not going to give it to us.
The food was great. All of the tables were dirty.
