Big shout out to the employees working 7/14/25. We ordered through the app and upon arriving at the store, the store’s computer system was offline so the app wasn’t interacting with the store. Long story short, our order was cancelled and we didn’t realize it until we arrived at the store. I was at the end of hanger, closer to anger. I was passing through town and stopped for bite. I got the cheeseburger combo. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the drive through peeps, very friendly! And even more impressed with my food! Fresh and HOT! Onion rings right out of the fryer! Yummy
Food is good. But this location needs to improve on customer service. Cashier claimed they did not have Royal NY Cheesecake which seemed odd as there was no indication of unavailability. Ordered the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard as an alternative and proceeded to hand it to the wrong person. Really needs to work on communication.
