Food is good. But this location needs to improve on customer service. Cashier claimed they did not have Royal NY Cheesecake which seemed odd as there was no indication of unavailability. Ordered the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard as an alternative and proceeded to hand it to the wrong person. Really needs to work on communication.
The food here is great! I think it's the best burger out of all the typical fast food joints. However, when I arrived for my pickup order, the store was in complete disarray service-wise. All the employees were very young and seemed disorganized. Our order wasn't just late, but also wrong and didn't include the customizations I paid for. I love it, but this last visit was disappointing.
Dq is lucky to have Shaun H working for ya, what a nice human.
