My friend took me here for the first time and I was absolutely delighted. They have so many drink options I didn’t even realize, and they are less expensive than my usual coffee spot. But the best part was Ethan who was genuinely happy to be working. He was excited it was my first time there, he gave us phenomenal drink recommendations, helped me navigate my dairy allergy and even gave us some awesome dinosaur stickers with an extra to take home to my son. Dutch Bros is okay. The prices are high and the products are decent. They are still doing the whole "the ipad is gonna ask you a few questions" trick. You can't charge 6 dollars for a medium drink and then have your workers ask for more, just pay your employees better.
