Drove 15 miles in on a Sunday as the wife and I were craving a bagel. Very dirty. No one cleaning tables. Ordered Light cream cheese on theBagel. Meaning “low calorie” and a breakfast sandwich. Took awhile but it was busy. We weee okay with that. Almost NO cream cheese at all. Figured the clerk thought I meant ‘light’ and notLow Cal. Okay, my bad but wished he’d have asked for clarification. I’ll take the blame on that. Went and asked for some more cream cheese and explained what happened. They charged us another $2 on top of what we paid already! And we were put in line behind all the other orders-again. Waited 15 minutes and finally asked for it.Won’t go back. Ever.

Absolutely AWFUL establishment with poor management:We went on Saturday 04/06/24 at about 9:30. Going in, we realized it would be busy seeing as it's breakfast time, and it seems like half of Utah County is here for spring break. However, we ordered 7 bagels as-is (no sandwiches or drinks) and didn't walk out the door until 10:15. While there was a bit of a line when we got there, it was not to the extent that it should have taken 45 minutes to get through. When it was our turn to order (over 30 minutes later), multiple bagels weren't "stocked" so the employee didn't know what was on hand without having to go check. Additionally, the shmear cooler was completely picked over unless you wanted Chive or Jalapeño. (And yes, they had more in the back, but no one was stocking items yet again.)What really dug the knife in was getting to the register; by this point we had waited nearly 40 minutes. The employee at the register was eyeing us as we were selecting a tip option: Frankly, we did not leave a tip after waiting FORTY minutes for 7 PLAIN bagels that took less than 1 minute to bag. The employee looked at us, looked at the "None" tip option, then looked right back up at us, clearly offended. We had our bagels, but had to ask him for 2 the shmears that weren't in the cooler. He said, "oh.... uh yeah I'll be right back with those". We stepped just off to the side of the register assuming he'd only be a moment. Over a minute passed, and when he came "back", he HOPPED IN LINE MAKING SANDWICHES. He looked over at us when he did, and did not acknowledge us at all.(It is also worth mentioning that I did not see him wash his hands when he started making the sandwiches unless he did that in the back).Next, the girl who took his place at the register (when he was supposed to be getting shmear) annoyingly asked, "what are you still waiting for". We replied, "someone was going to bring our shmear from the back. He hasn't brought it yet". She very rudely said back, "Well, then can you just like wait off to the side". Mind you, we already stepped aside from the register, and there was ample room to help the next guest. We looked at each other very confused, because we were basically standing in front of the drink station at that point (and it's not like it should take more than 30 seconds to get cream cheese out of a fridge.)A few more minutes passed, and still no one came with shmear. We finally had to ask the girl making drinks if she could go get it for us, as it was obvious the first person wasn't and the girl at the register was completely unapproachable. She was back in less than 20 seconds.Overall: This establishment is a hot mess. Employees are jumping from station to station with a look of fear in their eyes. I never saw a SINGLE hand-wash (Even from employees who were jumping from the register straight into handling food. Same goes for a girl who went from the register right into making drinks). It seems very unsanitary to me and it is absolute chaos. (One girl with very long hair had her hair sticking out from under her hat... I think that defeats the purposes of having your hair up??)They need a manager who actually knows how to manage. This "restaurant" would highly benefit from having 1 person work each station. (1 taking orders > 1-2 making sandwiches > 1 on register > 1 stocking items / being a "runner", > 1 making drinks AND STAY THERE.) If they could implement a better system, that 40 minute line very easily could have been through in 20. I 100% would not go back, and I would recommend to our reps at work who frequently bring in food for the department to NOT bring it again. I would not trust that it was handled well.

Got a bagel to go and received the saddest and flattest thing I have ever seen in my life. I wouldn’t even consider this a bagel. It tasted just as horrible as it looks. Couldn’t even finish it. Make sure to check your food before you leave the store because I can’t believe any company would actually give something this bad to a customer. I paid $5 for this piece of soggy paper.

I DoorDash from this place a lot and the food is absolutely amazing. I avoid going in like the plague, the customer service isn’t great and I always leave feeling bad for even ordering food lolVery much recommended the food but DoorDash if you’re a sensitive person. The workers seem like they hate their customers and just want to go home which I understand food service isn’t fun.

2 bagels a drink and a cookie..$15 pass the next time. Pretzel bagel had almost no topping and the gave me thr wrong bagel on the second one. Cookie tasted of low-end ingredients and the chocolate chips were gross. Way understaffed but the workers did a good job.

Normally this location is pretty good. Must be having a bad day. Sandwiches not prepared as ordered, frustrated manager rude. Better luck next time.

Bagels are absolutely delicious! The texture and freshness can't be beat. The cinnamon raisin bagel was delicious. The whipped cream cheese is so well prepared and goes on bagels lovely. Only negative is that they will not fresh brew a specialty drink if it is decaf. Only thermos decaf, which I skipped.

This was my second time here. I have no complaints on the food. It's decent. The service is what I want to call attention to. And it looks like it's a pretty common occurrence (hello regional management are you listening?) My order was straight forward and easy. What I paid for: everything that I ordered. What I got in my bag: half of what I ordered. Usually I don't care, accidents happen. I'm REALLY easy to please. But don't be a jerk, lip off and tell me I'm wrong when you read my order back to me 5 minutes prior. Flirt with your coworkers when there's a line forming. Don't care. Roll your eyes and square up to me when you're in the wrong and refuse to make the situation right? Ehhh, I can't imagine that would sit well with many people. Kinda feel like I just had $12 stolen.

I had not been here for over a year.Very disappointing this time. It was fairly empty for a Friday around lunchtime. (11:30 am) Was able to quickly order, no fuss there. I noticed as I went to pay, the credit card screen was asking for a tip. A tip? For what, taking my order? What a joke. As I went to get my drink and grab a seat, I noticed the restaurant was filthy. Even where you got a drink. The machine was partially broken. The part to the machine was laying right where you set your drink. The napkins were in disarray, one napkin dispenser you couldn't even pull out a napkin, it was so jammed. My bagel sandwich looked like it was made from two different bagels. The top was part was tiny, and it didn't match the bottom part. So when you bit into the sandwich, the whole thing slid apart. The taste was fine, though. Once I looked around, I noticed the filth everywhere. This wasn't after a lunch rush or anything. There were only a couple of people in the place besides us. Seemed they didn't care about wiping tables or sweeping floors. Just standing around behind the counter, yapping. And you expect a tip for this?

We love the bagels. The app needs to have options for a sliced bagel, not toasted w cream cheese on the side.Would make it easy for employees and customers who want to add their own amount of cheese and toast at home or work later in the day.

The customer service here was absolutely horrible! Worst place to get bagels from. Also, purchased some of the doggie bagels & THEY WERE SO HARD! MY dogs couldn't even chew them they were so hard. The place was dirty & the workers just look & act like they don't care to be there. Purchase your bagels somewhere else.

Ordered the brunch box and was told I could substitute the bagels, and after I paid I was told I could not substitute. I did not feel valued as a customer.

Best bagels around, but might take a minute to get a sandwich, but totally worth it!

I ordered online and 2 of the 6 items were to correct. The staff member informed me after I said my order was wrong that when they are out of an item they simply substitute.?‍? My latte was wrong not out. My bagel sandwich could have been out but was substituted for the most delicious turkey avocado on an asiago bagel I've ever had so happy mishap there. Now I know about the substitute thing and knowing is half the battle. Great latte also, thank you for fixing the error so nicely.
