A smile with a greeting goes a long way. Made eye contact with three employees before asking if someone could help me. If you see a customer standing at the counter please check if they need assistance.
Ordered 1 dozen bagels and cream cheese asked to have the bagels sliced. The slicing was such a poor job. The slice on the bottom went from thin to invisible. Kinda hard to eat half a bagel for breakfast when the other half is only about 1/4 of what it should be. What do you do eat the big half Monday and severe diet on Tuesday. Out on 13 Bagels 13 were sliced this way. I was very disappointed I should have sliced them myself (last time I did that I ended up with 5 stitches...read full review
