The carne asada quesadilla was really good. Two of us shared it and were full after. The place isn't very clean though, making eating there less pleasant.

This place has been on my list for long enough that I can't remember who recommended it. That said, it was good. My son liked his burrito better than the one he got from Angelica's, but my quesadilla with carne asada was average. I think they're worth another try to see if it was a bad night for my order.

I absolutely love El Coyote Charro, they have the best street tacos in town! They taste like what I'd find in California or Mexico and their stuff is the real deal! They have the best Al Pastor, and there's is what I compare all others to. I've been coming for years and plan to for many more!

Pretty good. We came here after a soccer tournament. We tried tacos, quesadilla and burritos. We also tried their rice, beans, chips and salsa. The quesadilla was a little too cheesy. I honestly didn't think I've ever say this, but maybe my tastes have started to change. I had to eat around the top half and couldn't eat the bottom portion. Just too greasy for me. My kids liked their asada and pollo tacos and my husband liked his carnitas burrito. All said most things were good. Their cowboy beans were good, especially with the salsa bar toppings! Everyone liked the chips and salsa, the chips were a little too greasy for me-there I go again, middle age digestive issues! The service was decent, no bathroom inside so be prepared to walk about a block down the strip-mall! Overall I would recommend it to anyone looking for Mexican street food!

Best authentic Mexican I've had! Their chicken and Lengua are the best!

Very confusing place. I heard the Mexican food was good. The place was full of teenagers on a Sunday. There was a cold case by the register full of gelato and no one was eating Mexican food. I would recommend this business pick what they want to do and stick with it.

We've been here twice on our way through st george - will definitely be eating here again and again - we get asada tacos, loaded asada fries (to share) and the beans at the salsa bar - our choice is so yummy it'll be hard for us to try anything different - they will be adding to their menu and when they do we will be trying their birria :) - this is definitely the best place in st george for Mexican food (and we've tried many).Parking: It appears it can get a little tight as it is in a strip-mall kind of area - if other establishments are busy it may be difficult to find find parking near by.

The food here was inedible. I ordered the Al pastor burrito and the meat tasted like it was several days old. I am not picky and even I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. I also tried the carne asada taco and the meat was also bad. Would not recommend this place.
