A consistent and solid go to when I need ono grindz. I hit island grindz every time I drive through St George and it never misses. Solid Teri chicken and katsu, and goddamn their mac salad smacks. Get um cuz.
We’ve been to Island Grindz twice now, after a friend in the area recommended it, and I’m honestly so glad they did. The pupu chicken and beef kalbi were deeeelicious — some of the best Polynesian food I’ve ever had.

I’ve been eating here for the past few years and I’m never disappointed. Island grinds always sounds good. Highly recommend the katsu chicken but everything on the menu is amazing. Family friendly environment as well.
