The man working the counter was amazing. Friendly helpful quick efficient. He grated everyone in the way in and out. He was so good. Best customer service I have had in a long time. Especially for a fast food place. Amazing. I love going to Jack in the box because we don't have them on Northern Utah. Food was great. Lots of sauces to try.

I ordered a number 1 and at the window I asked for ketchup the guy turns around grabs the bagg forgets or ignores my request for ketchup says "ok its in there" and now ruined my lunch. Just frustrated how something so simple is so difficult.
