I just ate here and loved it.

We were nervous about there only being hot spice because of the name, BUT you can pick your level of spice!

Quentin is a rock star and told us all the deets about what is good.

Dennis was so nice and helpful too.

I got the blazin' fries. Fries, chicken, Mac & cheese. TONS of food! Like a whole tray.

Can’t believe I hadn’t already reviewed this place. I’ve been working my way down the spice levels from the hottest. If you like the challenge it’ll light you up. I think the chicken is exceptionally well made, the slaw and pickles on top are delicious, and the spicy fries really kick it up a notch. We were driving through St. George on our way to Arizona when we noticed this place existed for lunch. We ordered tenders, fries, and some mac and cheese on the side and was absolutely stuffed. The portions are pretty hefty with the food being very good.

Spice wise, I got one level below their spiciest and was not disappointed. It had me sweating, but it was not impossible. Most importantly, the chicken was juicy, flavorful, and delicious. I'm totally coming...
