Walk from hotel for a late night snack. Jack in the box was closed to drive-through only. Thankfully, because now I found my new favorite place to eat when wanting authentic Mexican food. In St. George, Utah.
Fresh and flavorful food. The salsa bar with limes, cucomber, radishes, and carrot/jalapeños is well stocked and clean. Nice seating indoor and outdoor. Staff is friendly and keep the place nice and clean.
I ordered the chilaquiles and it is to die for. I had a quick break at work this morning and was absolutely starving. Working in the industrial area doesn’t exactly come with a buffet of food options, so I was thrilled to spot the new Las Palmas location—and even more thrilled to see they serve breakfast! I’d never tried their morning menu before, so I went for the chilaquiles… and wow. Just wow. Words can’t do them justice.
