They seriously never answer their phones it seems like. I was trying to call and see if I could get a refund since I was given an ultimate supreme pizza instead of a slices and stix pizza. While ordinarily that sounds lovely I have two small children that won't eat pizza like that. Since they are down an over currently, I don't want to wait for a replacement pizza. I'd rather to to literally any other location. I've also been given underdone crust, burnt pizza, or pizza with a severe lack of pepperoni at this same location. So the only consistent service I've gotten here is pizza mess ups. It's not the worst, but it's certainly not great.

Rarely hang any hot and ready and half the time you can’t even count on them being open. Came by during business hours last week and had a closed sign up. Today we placed an order and their lobby is closed so we had to wait in a long drive up line to pick up order

I love the fact you get your pizza fast and it's hot. The staff at the Red Cliffs store are awesome.Parking: There's parking spots in front and because it's in a strip mall, there's plenty of parking out in the parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking right in front as well as a ramp for individuals in a wheelchairs.

Worst one I have ever been too! They never have pizzas ready and the employees don’t know what they are doing half the time! They need to be trained better on their responsibilities. I’ve worked at a little Caesars in Provo. When we saw we were getting low on pizzas we made more so we weren’t out. If we sold a pepperoni Or cheese we made one right after a sale. So there was always some ready. More then half the time I try to buy at this location none is ever ready and they tell me it will be more than 30 min wait. On the hot and ready pizzas. This need to be improved. Also they tell you to pull to the side if you buy one and wait and they forget to bring it out to you on top of that

First and foremost I've traveled across the entire United States and thanks to my community in Utah here I've over 1.3 million review views and I speak directly and in a matter of fact of emergencies alongside special requests and inquiries and situations that most places will not even bat an eyelash over.....GABI AND ISABELLE and the entire crew there at location at Little Ceasers on 1973 SUNSET BLVD being the Store #005 i must say a few kind words have sincerely gone above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer even though the mistake was on my end they still went the extra mile to show me what true customer service even over a simple $10 lunch looks like I want to say thank you to Gabby and Isabel and all those who were involved what a great team you have a customer for life thank you very much

Said they were out of pizza. 10 minute wait. Had us pull around to the front and then completely forgot about us. Lobby was closed for some reason. We watched them hand out pizzas to several cars in the drive through while we were still waiting. We knocked on the window at the lobby and although the employees could all see us they ignored us. Worst employees ever. So unprofessional and a disaster.

Worst place ever. Waited in their drive through line for half hour. Finally got to the window and for 20 minutes no one even looked at the window. Not one person even talked to us to say it would be a wait or anything. Finally someone came and talked to us and just pointed at an old written sign that said an order would take an hour. We were just trying to get a hot and ready he said there were no. At the very least it could have open the window and talk to us just even see what we needed instead they purposely ignored us and the eight cars that were behind us in line. While we could see in the window they were just dancing and talking to each other and not actively working to take care of anything. At three kids in the car under the age of five all screaming because we were trying to get them food last minute. If you're in a hurry or even need something semi at a reasonable amount of time Don't ever come here. This is not the first time we've had issues like this at this place

I ordered some pizza for delivery and when it arrived it was the wrong order and the driver left before we could say anything. We tried calling the store and they wouldn’t answer so we decided to just eat it anyways. The pizza was falling apart and soggy, and the crazy bread was in tiny pieces and I found some green mold on some of the pieces. Definitely don’t trust ordering at this location again.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The kids working there were so nice but management needs to do a much better job training them! We ordered online 6 hours before and they said that because they lost our order they could not refund it or give us our order. We showed them our receipt and everything was right on our side. After asking for the manager because the kids clearly did not know how to help us, a girl that looked 14 who also didn’t know how to help came and then a lady stormed in and she yelled at us even though we were genuinely being so patient and kind in explaining the problem. She said she didn’t even know who we should call to get our 60$ refund and there’s nothing she could do about it. She was also rude to the other customers (some of which were rude to her) but little ceasers needs to train this location on how to work their system, have better customer service, and prepare for a busy Saturday night
