Went by to get the pretzel pizza that they were advertising and they said that it was going to be a 10 minute wait, so I went out yo my car set a 15 minute timer and went back inside and then they said that it was going to be another 10 minutes after they had me explain the whole situation about me already buying a pizza from them. Man this took forever. I ordered puffs man, pepperoni puffs and it took 18 min. She said 5 to 7 minutes. 3 other customers came and went (one was a call ahead or online) and there I was, still waiting. Listening to the conversation of all the employees, just waiting. For puffs.
