Morty's Cafe: St. George Reviews
I have heard so many great things about Morty’s sadly we went for dinner and the food was so greasy. I order the turkey sandwich and they didn’t have turkey so they asked if chicken was ok I said sure not a problem. The chicken wasn’t that great kinda bland I wasn’t expecting that chicken would be a grilled breast. My bread was kinda burnt I had to use a couple napkins to soak up the grease on my bread. My fries looked and tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in awhile....read full review

Morty's Cafe in St. George is known for having the best burgers in town, especially the Yucatan with an egg on top. The scone fries are a must-try, served with delicious honey butter and raspberry cheesecake sauces. The Quinoa salad with added chicken offers a generous serving, and the local artwork adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. The burgers and fries are always great, with high-quality meat and a good variety of options like the Italian Burger with pastrami and the popular Hawaiian burger with Jalapeño and Pineapple. The fries are crispy and phenomenal, making them a highlight of the meal. Customers praise the staff for being friendly and kind, often going out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. The food is consistently served quickly and fresh. Visitors also enjoy the fun products from local artists on display and for sale, adding a local flavor that offers a nice break from chain restaurants. The cafe's atmosphere is lively, often crowded with university students and professionals, so arriving early is recommended. Some guests have noted that portions, especially the fries, seem to be getting smaller over time, with a feeling that prices are rising. Despite this, many still find the food and service enjoyable, making Morty's a popular spot for a satisfying burger experience.
