“Had the rock fish and it was fabulous. Ambiance was perfect. Heirloom tomatoes were disappointing, all shriveled up and hardly any there, but the rest was great.“

“My wife and I are new to the St. George area and we looked around for a special restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We decided on the Painted Pony and we were so pleased that we did. Everything about the Painted Pony spoke to quality from the greeting we received at the entrance to the very pleasant waiter and most importantly the food was first class as well. We were so pleased that we returned a second time for Christmas eve. Five stars !!“

“Fun atmosphere and good food“

“Let's talk about some good chicken and waffles. The best part of this meal was the waffle. This waffle was crispy, sweet, slightly salty, and buttery. Usually, I smother my waffle with butter, but there is no need for this waffle. It is the best waffle I've ever eaten. The chicken was great, too, moist, perfectly seasoned, not over-seasoned, and brined perfectly. It was a tremendous freaking meal. We almost went across the street for some chicken; I'm so glad we didn't; that waffle was so good!“

“The burgers are not the traditional patties. Very thin and a little salty. The fries skinny but many. The chocolate delight sundae was yummy and creamy. The custard made it creamy. The chili cheese dog was good. Liked the bun. We liked that you can order your ice cream with your food and put it on hold until you are done eating“
