Went through the drive thru. Used a coupon and a gift card. Had an issue with the gift card but they were so kind. Had to pull around and come in to figure it out. I appreciate their patience and speedy service. I think Cindy was the manager and she was very kind.
I went to this Chinese food restaurant to pick up some lunch for my husband. I ordered chow mein, steamed rice, orange, and teriyaki chicken. I had to wait for the chow mein and teriyaki chicken. They were low on those 2 items when I walked in. Took about 10 minutes, and then I was able to pay for my food. Everything tasted good, and check out was easy.
Placed a big order online that had a two hour estimate pick up time. I called the store and talked to the manager (sadly I didn’t get her name) to see if there was anyway I can pick it up sooner, she told me they can get it ready in 30-40 min, and their estimate time was right on. Food was good and customer service was excellent. Very kind and friendly staff.
