Possibly the best BBQ in the State! Their Brisket was perfect and words can not describe their Texas sausage.
So happy Pica Rica opened. Their Texas bbq is amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The staff was helpful and generous. I highly recommend.
We tried pica rica back in June and had a brisket sandwich and a turkey sandwich. The turkey blew the brisket away. So today I decided to give them a second chance as I am a huge smoker and love bbq. I tried a sampler plate and my wife had the burger. Her burger had a heat that wasn’t horribly spicy but lingered and ruined the taste of the burger.
