I have ordered from here many times, the staff is friendly and they try to get your food out ASAP Delivery drivers have always been courteous and professional.
I was trying to order online and use my points, I see there are still only 38 and that’s after I have spent over $80 4 different times the last 4 orders. Then the lady on the phone in the call center stated “there ain’t no phones call back later I can’t help you, or just go in”. And was not just rude but nasty on the phone. We have been customers if this location since it opened. Now rethinking it.
I ordered for delivery. A simple pizza. Was told by an extremely bored Middle Eastern accent man that it would be about 30 minutes. Started watching the road when I see the delivery car go by......twice. I call the place and the same bored guy asked me what I wanted him to do about. Asked if I wanted to call the delivery guy. Pizza Hut is a welcoming restaurant where staff go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The pizza is delicious and filling, with special requests accommodated with a smile. The Supreme Pizza is a popular favorite and the 2 stuffed crust pizzas are baked perfectly. The Chicago Tavern Style is surprisingly good. The toppings are plentiful, but the crust could be improved and the breadsticks have always been cardboard.
