Watched my pickup order get put into the hot box without being told it was ready, didnt assume it was mine so went to Lins to get a drink, came back, lo and behold it was my order and by the time I got home with it, they looked like theyd been sitting. Simple slip up but some team communication wouldve alleviated this

Screwed up my food so they had to remake some of it while the rest got cold, then tried to charge me for it a second time before I left lol. Pay premium prices for decent/good food with terrible service. Hard meh. Garbage place for garbage people.

I ordered pizza for the Super Bowl, and it was supposed to be ready before 4:30. By 5:00, we were still stuck in a long line, and some people had been waiting over an hour past their pickup time. I ended up calling the main number to cancel since the line at the counter was too long, and when I checked, they hadn’t even started making my order yet. This location is usually slow but the food is good so it’s worth it. The staff was totally overwhelmed.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One was supposed to be vegetarian (but it sure wasn’t!) my poor mother in law had to pick pepperoni off her pizza because she literally cannot digest meat. Why is it so hard to NOT mix up someone else’s order. Just label them if you have issues. And no, I don’t want credit for a free pizza.

Came cold, and the hand tossed pizza is more like a thin crust pizza. There was a couple pieces of chicken and few of the other toppings. Minimal sauce and cheese leaving the pizza very dry.

Pizza Hut, like any other chain, is hit and miss. This order happened to be a hit. 2 stuffed crust pizzas baked perfectly. A month prior, we tried their new menu item, The Chicago Tavern Style. It was surprisingly good as well. My only negative is their breadsticks have always been cardboard and this hasn't changed. This Sunset location has something good going on right now with their pizzas.

I came last night to get a pizza and I had a special request I asked if they could spell happy birthday out with pepperoni the guy who took my order was so helpful with it he made sure I was okay with what it looked like before they put it in and what it looked like after he was so nice and made my night with the pizza it was an amazing pizza delicious and filling 10\10 love the sunset Pizza Hut

We got worried when they started closing some Pizza Hut locations in St. George. We are happy that this one still exists, since we love their Supreme Pizza. We found the prices to be decent. The toppings were good and plentiful, although the crust was a bit dryer than it used to be.

Unfortunately, the chicken in the melt wasn't fully cooked. Meaning it was cold and squishy. The husband said it was cold and gagged wouldn’t finish it. We waited for a very long time. I guess they placed the wrong melt for us, so we had to wait longer. We get people make mistakes, so we aren't mad. They were perfessional and nice. I think the team worked well together. Good work ethics. Just the chicken melt and the Buffalo chicken wasn't good. Both tasted gross and cold. Next time we visit Saint George , we will try them again, though. Just won't get chicken.

Look here. I ordered a pizza and pasta through the Pizza Hut app. Delivery. All is well and good, I’m relaxing, waiting for my delivery. My delivery driver showed up to my house and practically threw my order in my face. She complained about how hard it was to find my house, and sped off in an angry manner. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I’m not one to call in for mediocre service. But this delivery driver rubbed me wrong , I called Pizza Hut to complain about their driver. Come to find out they “Subcontract” pizza deliveries to door dash if they are short staffed. That in no way should leave you unaccountable for what happens on deliveries that aren’t in house. And to top everything off. The pizza was dumpster pizza. Which is where it now lies. Dry, and lacking any redeemable qualities. It now lies in the garbage where I imagine it will go to the landfill where not even vultures bat an eye toward.
