I don’t know if Pizza Hut has changed their pizza recipe or if this particular location needs a new pizza oven or what. But this was some of the most bland, dry, low quality pizza I have ever had.

Loved it . Pizza was delicious and service was awesome.
Watched my pickup order get put into the hot box without being told it was ready, didnt assume it was mine so went to Lins to get a drink, came back, lo and behold it was my order and by the time I got home with it, they looked like theyd been sitting. Simple slip up but some team communication wouldve alleviated this

Screwed up my food so they had to remake some of it while the rest got cold, then tried to charge me for it a second time before I left lol. Pay premium prices for decent/good food with terrible service. Hard meh. Garbage place for garbage people.

I ordered pizza for the Super Bowl, and it was supposed to be ready before 4:30. By 5:00, we were still stuck in a long line, and some people had been waiting over an hour past their pickup time. I ended up calling the main number to cancel since the line at the counter was too long, and when I checked, they hadn’t even started making my order yet. This location is usually slow but the food is good so it’s worth it. The staff was totally overwhelmed.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One was supposed to be vegetarian (but it sure wasn’t!) my poor mother in law had to pick pepperoni off her pizza because she literally cannot digest meat. Why is it so hard to NOT mix up someone else’s order. Just label them if you have issues. And no, I don’t want credit for a free pizza.
