Visited for the first time to use our @dixie direct discount which states buy 1 get 1 free with a max discount of $9.95. They would only discount 1 item 50% and state I need to take it up with Dixie Direct. I only saw this when I got the receipt text to me, the staff didn’t even inform me of this “change”. When I brought it up to the staff she was rude about it like it was something I did. Disappointed since we actually liked the food.
The pizza and salads are so terrific! So tasty and delicious and reasonably priced too.

My family and I ordered $70 worth of food over the phone. Turns out when my husband picked it up they just gave it to him and didn’t charge him (he had thought I paid for it over the phone). When I realized we hadn’t paid for our food I called to pay over the phone. The person who answered was rude to me and blamed it on us and told me I would need to come into the restaurant to pay it.
