We rarely feel like the food we pay for when eating out is better than what we could have made at home. (We are both good cooks and often disappointed by food quality when we eat out.) We have been here twice now and it is VERY worth paying for. And everyone in our large party, both times, regardless of what they ordered, were all very impressed. I got the pork melt with sweet potato fries. The pork is so tender that it has completely come apart just for the sole purpose of recombining...

The food was great, prices were reasonable, the wait staff was good, BUT the kitchen had lots of problems when we visited. And to be fair, this review is based on the SLOW service we received while we were visiting there on a moderately busy Sunday with new kitchen staff.
We arrived at eleven thirty and placed our order shortly thereafter, and it took almost an hour for us to get our food. The wait staff was attentive and apologetic, and explained the cook was new and...

My wife and I stopped here for lunch as we were passing through and liked the menu/reviews. It started off bad and only got worse. When we got the menu it was different than the one we saw online and when we queried the hostess she said "oh you want the appetizer menu"... which was a separate menu for some reason. We ordered a salad and fried shrimp for our selections and it took an hour to get served. Our waitress was difficult to get ahold of to try and understand...
