Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too, the workers are incredibly rude. This morning I made a mobile order on my way to work, as I pulled through the drive thru and was told to go to the window to get my drink I ended up sitting there for 10 minutes, the girls working this morning were all laughing,talking,drinking coffee and knew I was there so I decided to pull out of the drive thru and walk in. My drink was sitting right there on the counter done! Unfortunately the drink was made terribly with no soft foam as I ordered for the drink. Having to leave for work I took the drink, but wanted a good coffee so I decided to DoorDash one. This drink was even worse! Look at how little of the foam that add to the foam cold brews.

When I say thank you over the intercom, and I get a "yep" First of all, I am paying close to 10$ now for a drink and contributing to your location! Then I got my drink, and it had no whip cream like I asked for, and she typed in on the screen! Then when I told her at the window. She calls another employee male over and says we can remake it, I said no, just refund me, he escalated it to slamming the window shut after my refund, like get out of here! Do better! Horrible service!

Really frustrated with this Starbucks! I go here several times a week and I also use doordash a few times a week for my order which is always the same. I have to say 80% of the time they don't make my drink right. If I wanted a crappy drink I would make it at home and spend way less. Unfortunately I have been super nice and tried complaining in a nice way but obviously these baristas don't really care and honestly it seems certain ones do it on purpose. I hate to be that Karen but this has to be the worst Starbucks I've ever been to especially when I go out of my way to be nice about asking for my drink to be made to standard.

To the Manager of the place! I don't know why people would bring their dogs to the restaurants, but those to us who have allergies, we are not OK with dogs sniffing and shaking around our food!!! The Utah law prohibits any pets inside of the restaurants in Utah unless you have a permit. If you have a permit, please display the permit with its number of the front door, so we Would NOT come to get any food from your place! I got my coffee on 9/17 around 9 am, and when I asked lady to keep her dog away from me, she become very rude! I DONT want dogs hair or drools in my food, is it too much to ask????
Dietary restrictions: Some people have allergies for pets and you're exposing our food to that.

Sometimes I just want to skip drive thru or a Starbucks inside a grocery store and actually go inside with my family and sit down like the old days. Went on Labor Day Monday morning.
We were welcomed verbally. There were the cutest tiny cups of Pumpkin Spice Lattes samples on the counter for free to try. I was already going to order one. The lady with the blonde hair from SoCal was really friendly and patient with our large breakfast order.
The tables and chairs were clean inside. The atmosphere is cozy. The tunes were pumping. You can also sit outside. There’s a parking lot and drive thru. Don’t forget to sign up for rewards and get those points towards freebies and discounts. They had a fun fall display of tumblers mugs and merch.
Dining in was pleasant. Bathrooms were clean. Food tasted fresh. Our drinks were made great. Overall, I’d visit again.

I love Starbucks so much I multiple times a week and usually get amazing service. When I went just a couple minutes ago the barista with blonde hair charged me 5 dollars extra then my cost and before I could say anything she slammed the window closed… she didn’t ask for a tip so maybe she just gave herself one idk but the service was awful.

Awful. I asked for an ice coffee with a splash of milk. I got watered down coffee with at least an ounce of milk. It was basically milk water. We kindly asked for it to be re made. We were met with quite a bothered attitude. I’m pretty sure she handed me back the exact same drink. I drink this coffee pretty much daily and have never had one so awful.
When you get the good workers, it’s a wonderful visit.

I waited 17 minutes to get a coffee and it was slow inside. 3 of the girls didn’t do anything in that time frame except maybe have a good conversation with each other.

Made drinks perfectly, way Play friendly staff and the weight was not too long but just about right per how many cars were in the drive-thru.
Parking: Huge parking lot shared with another merchant, however they have already expanded parking once with original merchants next door. Now there is a huge amount of parking outdoors.
Kid-friendliness: More like dog-friendliness is on point!! My pup got his pup-uccino before anything else was handed out. So cute!
