The employee making our sandwich put the bare minimum of the toppings we asked for. We had to ask him repeatedly to add more and then he told us he was tired and was having a hard time not being a perk or being rude to us.

Was helped by George , it was frustrating just ordering 2 foot longs with there help, before even ordering they were already showing annoyance due to not knowing how to to use own cash register with previous customer and stated he needed to take a minute before helping us so he doesn’t let his anger go towards customers… had to repeat which sandwich we wanted to him 5 times and he showed annoyance when asked for lettuce, tomatoes THAN guac , they said we should’ve said guac first, didn’t want one of the sandwiches toasted but they put it in the oven anyways without asking overall was a very mid experience.

There is a Walmart 5’ long special that the employees insist on only using white bread, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayonnaise. Looking at the sign, there is no mention of those limitations. The fine print only states that “Add Ons” for an additional price. The Add Ons are listed as special items, not the type of bread etc. They are quite rude about it.

I do not recommend their pizza. I only wanted one topping, asked for a little extra of that topping, and was given an excuse as to why he couldn’t give me more. It was out in the oven and taken out on time, but the dough was not fully cooked and the center was still cold. They have a lot of wonderful items, but that was definitely NOT one of them.

David was very rude, he seems to be some kind of manager. Constantly raising his voice at me. I was trying very hard to order but he kept making jokes/making rude comments. I struggle to order alone and he told me that I should be able to order by myself. I honestly felt really bad about myself. He rushes people and has zero patience. Also rude to other staff, hoping he gets fired. Costumer service is not about making fun of your customers are being rude to everyone. We were looking at the online menu and he told us that ordering it is easier as if we were doing something wrong. David is very accusatory and rude. Please avoid David at all costs.

David was rude and inconsiderate. We were showing our daughter the menu and he was rudely telling us that he knows the menu better than anyone. He is loud and refus d to listen to our complete order. He made something wrong and said oh I didn't hear that and then got upset when the sweet young lady gave us the wrong nachos as a consolation for it being made wrong. He was slamming the oven doors and was down right rude.
