Not trying to be rude but the kid that made my sandwhich was on the spectrum and made my order and my friends order completely wrong. The kid was very nice but he kept wiping his hands on his shirt which is disgusting and touching the sandwhich after and made me a foot long when i told him 6 inch like 3 times. This kid was making the sandwiches by himself with a whole line of people when there was another employee just sitting in the back that could’ve helped him.

I've never received worse service from a food service establishment before. The lady who works here is absolutely unhinged.
I came in to pick up my online order which I saw bagged up on the rack, ready to go. I started to open the bag to make sure that the order was made correctly, since I'd requested under special instructions, "Please toast sandwiches," and "Roasted Chicken on the side." Before I even finished opening it, the lady came up to me and told me it was made as ordered. I said ok, then looked in the bag and asked her where the roasted chicken was, as it was supposed to be on the side. She immediately started raising her voice at me saying that she toasted the chicken on the side and then put it on the sandwich. I showed her the receipt that was attached to the bag that reflected the special instructions. She started wildly and aggressively moving back and forth and snatched the bag out of my hands while telling me that I was wrong and that she was right. I told her that I needed the sandwich to be as ordered.
She took the bag over to the station awhile loudly mocking "roasted chicken on the side, do you hear this lady?" She looked at her male coworker and said it loudly (he just looked down at the sandwich he was making for a now very uncomfortable looking lady and her child) then continued slamming things around, and making mocking statements for the entire time that she was remaking the sandwich. I stood off to the side, rather shocked, half watching half ignoring her behavior.
She slammed my order back into the bag ( I later realized that it tore my sandwich paper in the process, causing my sandwich to fall apart a little). I took it and left, hearing her continue to loudly mock me, "roasted chicken on the side," all the way out the door and until Walmart became loud enough to drown out her voice, on my way to the exit.
Later I went to eat and realized that she hadn't even toasted my remade sandwich.
Side note: Ill be forwarding this in an email to whatever corporate email addresses I can find.

Very rude staff, the lady at the counter and lied and said this was double meat. The gentleman before me was treated very rudely also with the lady yelling I heard you now 6 inch or footloose obviously didn't hear the man. Sandwich is garbage and again, double meat???? Don't go here. I'm a chef, there's maybe 2 oz of meat on here???? Why lie????

The two sandwich makers on 6/8 @ 1:05 pm made the best sandwiches. We got exactly what we asked for, fast and friendly service. Couldn't ask for better. This is the Subway we frequent because your employees are stellar!

Didn’t catch the name of the young man this morning. He was the only one there at 9 am. Anyway, he was chatty, fast and attentive. Even sang to the tunes on the radio as I walked away. Great service!

Whomever the young jerk was that was absolutely disrespectful to my wife, you need a new job that does not involve customer service. You literally chased off customers and should be embarrassed of your behavior!
For customers, there's better options then dealing with rude and arrogant employees. Mgmt should take notice and probably drug test.

The sign on the glass says they close at 10 PM. I was going to grab something at 8:45 PM. I saw the guy cleaning so I was just going to take my food and leave. Once the guy saw us, he rolled his eyes at us and was walking aggressively, and he opened his equipment aggressively (he slammed it), so I told my husband that we should leave instead, so we left.

Lobby was clean and in order as we came in and we ordered the salad and club sandwich combo. The staff was a little preoccupied and not very attentive.

Parking: Parking is always busy but plenty of spots if you want to walk a bit.

Wheelchair accessibility: Access complies with all ADA rules and guidelines.Also available is the battery operated shopping carts at the entry for those that need to sit while they shop

Usually a pretty good place but when they get busy they stare at you like you have the audacity to be ordering from them. Both workers kept looking at me annoyed and I just left.

The food was good and yummy. Turkey provolone with chicken, lettuce, and mayo was delicious. Very clean facility and good employees would highly recommend.

The ladies we’re very cheerful, kind and super accommodating to my families order. They went above and beyond to accommodate my allergies and created the perfect breakfast bowl with a smile and genuinely didn’t express any irritation or annoyance to my requests. Definitely give them a 5 star and above! THANK YOU? ladies, you’re an asset to humanity and subway!!!

I have a bad experience with the server of this place, all the time during my order he was throwing things and with a bad attitude, unfortunately it should not be like that, since one pays for the service and he has a salary for that. ?????????
