“I ordered online for pickup.
When I got to the store at the time the app quoted for pickup my food was not ready and there was a line backed up to the door with only one employee working.
I waited at one of the only clean tables for the employee to get to my order.
15 minutes past my original pickup time my order was finally ready.
I'd be upset but this guy making the sandwiches handled the entire line from order to checkout all by himself and he made one of the best subway sandwiches I'd ever had. Kudos to this guy who was working.... Less kudos to subway for not giving this guy backup at noon on a workday.“
“Ordered online and the sandwich was very well made and quickly done as well. I like an extraordinary amount of mayo on my sub and the gentleman put a good deal on but also included some mayo packets which I thought was a sharp way to handle the request. Well done“
“As we have a few Subway Sandwich Shops around town here. This one is one of my favorites. Their bread is always fresh and the veggies are well stocked and look delicious. The store it self needs a little TLC inside . We always have ours to go.“

“The manager Jessica is one of the best managers I've ever encountered at a subway. She asks people respectfully to treat the restaurant like a restaurant not your house she don't appreciate customers putting their legs and feet on the chairs and benches. She's very good at her job.“
“We came here mid-day on a Sunday. There was a single girl working the entire store. This shouldn’t happen and we watched as multiple groups of people walked out while waiting to order. We waited 20 minutes for our online order to be made. I felt so bad for this girl though. You could see how busy she was but not once did she show any frustration or stress. She did commendably and our sandwiches were delicious and made perfectly. I don’t know if this a common occurrence at this location or not but the manager should not let a single person work alone mid-day on a weekend. Not fair to them or the customers who have to wait, not to mention the loss of business on the people who didn’t want to wait and walked out.“
