Went there tonight and got a few things one item was the nacho fries. When the fries came the box seemed a little empty so we said something and the employee went and made us another fry. Awesome customer service!

I just got the freshest food from here today, and it was hot and delicious. And I’m sure they don’t hear the good enough, so wanted to take a minute and say thank you here.
I’ve not been a Taco Bell fan ever, but my mother loves it and we go twice a week through the drive thru for a few months now at this location. And we are always greeted with a smile, and the food is almost always accurate and good. I think I’m a Taco Bell fan now.

Waited for 20 minutes for our food as most of the employees sat out in the lobby having a "meeting" discussing their grievances with each other. Very uncomfortable as a customer to sit there hearing their discussions during a busy time of day. Poor customer service. Food was decent once we finally got it, this the 3 stars instead of fewer
