Went with a group of about 10 to The Kitchen Table and was not really very happy with the food. Service was okay, friendly enough, etc. I had the Southern Benedict and found it to be very much on the dry side. The eggs, while cooked perfectly had an odd flavor, possibly due to an excess of vinegar in the poaching water. The sausage was okay and the Funeral Potatoes had a decent flavor if also seemly on the dry side. Will not be rushing back, at least for breakfast. Others...
Had a great meal here the night of Halloween. This was our second visit, and last time was pretty good, but this one was even better! I had their Pulled Pork Melt which really hit the spot! Then I tried their Texas Sheet Cake for dessert, and I am craving it now, just thinking about it. My husband had something with Tri-Tip, and banana bread a la mode for dessert. We left all smiles.

Our waitress was great, super friendly and bubbly. The food was fine, I don't feel like it met the quality I would normally expect for $25+ plates of bbq. The brisket was not tender and was a bit dry and the onion rings were definitely overcooked and hard. The vibe was just quiet and there were about two other tables there the whole time we were there. One couple came in, waited for a few moments without being noticed by the waitress, and left without ever being helped.
