Usually love this place and come when it's not busy around 2-3pm, but when we arrived at 3, it took 20 minutes for anyone to even know we were waiting and when someone did come out, they asked us what we needed and it felt unprofessional. Our service was great and very quick once we were actually seated, no complaints on the food or seating either. I have been dinning at the pasta factory for 25+ years and in my opinion this is THEE CHICKEN ALFREDO PASTA that one NEEDS to have in life! I do at times enjoy the olive garden BUT without a doubt the pasta factory easily puts the olive garden in last place! The pasta, bread sticks, sauces and salads are a GO!! patio dinning, clean restrooms, great service, punch cards that easily offer future discounts. House made ranch dressing! Need I say more...
This is one of those very popular places to get some great italian foods. Upstairs
