Pleasantly surprised by this little place south of Stockton, Utah. The food was great, especially the chicken fried steak (dinner menu.) Typical diner fare.
Love this place in the middle of nowhere!
The burger was gigantic and well prepared. The bun was fantastic. Fries are excellent. This will be our go-to when we're playing in the west desert.
Penny's Cafe is a low-priced, quiet place in the middle of nowhere. The Faye burger is a popular choice, with generous portions of pastrami. The menu features names related to military work. The cleanliness of the toilets is noted. Some found the server not very friendly, except with a familiar group. Despite the late hour, the cook graciously served a group of four, with one customer praising the Blue Explosion burger as the best they've ever had. The homemade fry sauce and ranch were highlights, and the crunchy fries were well-received. A return visit is on the cards for these satisfied customers.
