Very busy midday on a Friday, but the food was tasty and fresh (sandwich was made right in front of me, so not sure about some of the other reviews here), and service was great too, including a self-order kiosk. Beautiful setting just outside to eat that was clean and had a good vibe.
Stopped in with some friends to grab a couple sandwiches before heading to the lake. I didn’t think I’d need to check my food before leaving, but I definitely should’ve, my sandwich had RAW bacon in it. For a $15 sandwich, that’s completely unacceptable. I went back later to ask for a refund and ended up having to explain the situation to three different staff members, none of whom seemed to understand the issue. One even tried to tell me, “The turkey sandwiches come with bacon,” which I’m well aware of but the bacon was RAW. Eventually, someone agreed to give me a refund, but not before questioning why it took us so long to come back. Honestly, the whole experience was frustrating.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning. Serving undercooked meat is a serious health risk, and the staff’s lack of awareness and professionalism made it worse. They need better training and more attention to food safety.

A loaf of sour dough bread was 15 dollars!!! And they have the audacity to show me a tipping screen even though I literally got the bread from the shelf, walked up to the counter, and had them scan it.
I don’t mind tipping those in the service industry but these tipping screens literally everywhere are getting ridiculous.

We ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwhich from the kiosk which shows the ingredients....or so you would think that the list of ingredients is what you'll find in your sandwhich. It had mushrooms, jalapeños and onions and none of which were shown in the list of what the sandwhich included. Yall need to be way more careful charging $17 for a single sandwhich and then being unclean about the ingredients for people with allergies or people who simply ordered it because it didn't imply mushrooms.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The food was inedible, and the service was horrendous. They got our order wrong and when we asked them to correct it they said there was nothing wrong. The environment and ambiance has been completely ruined by poor staff hospitality and excessive construction. No matter what stay away from Sundance and especially stay away from the deli.

Our experience here was amazing. The food was delicious, and the treats were fun and festive. The staff was amazingly helpful, and even provided us with (celiac friendly) gluten-free options. I would absolutely recommend this little deli to anyone looking for a quick delicious bite to eat, or for some festive treats to take home to the family.
Dietary restrictions: Provided options for a celiac friendly gluten-free diet. Consisting of gluten-free ingredients, being prepared on a gluten-free surface.

Cute little deli. Bought a delicious loaf of Sourdough bread and a few homemade caramels. I was dining at another restaurant so I cannot comment on the food or sweets the deli offered, but everything looked good and clean.
Made an unplanned stop up at Sundance, and did not make reservations at the restaurants, so had deli food outside instead. Resort level pricing for decent food. Bacon on the turkey-bacon was overcooked and brittle/burned, salmon faccocia was tasty, but the cream on it was a bit from earlier in the day, no scrimping on the salmon. Overall as Deli's go - 3star - food 3-star, but excellent wait staff and 5 star atmosphere for a deli - hard to beat a table under the clouded sky, a bit cooler in the afternoon, and very pleasant.

We got there at 7:30 so could only order from the deli. When I first asked where we could sit, they implied we could not sit because they didn't open until 9AM. Asked another, and were shown an area to sit. Basically, the staff didn't sing the same tune. Food was OK. Cash register clerk spent more time twirling hair braids than paying attention to customers. I won't go back.

The food was pretty bad. Super dry and for the price I was expecting more. The workers were very friendly though!

A bit pricey but eating outdoors amongst the pines and mountains is worth it. Food was good.

The deli used to have really yummy, freshly made sandwiches. Now they have premade, gas station-esque sandwiches that they reheat and the kicker is that the sandwiches are more expensive now. I was so disappointed and won’t be going there shop or eat. Such a bummer.
Perfect place for great breakfast. Breakfast sweet bun is excellent

Dietary restrictions: I was happy that when I asked for a no carb option for the Bacon Swiss burger, they did have a gluten free option. I chose to just have it wrapped in lettuce, tho. It was delicious! A bit pricey, but very good to hold me thru the rest of the afternoon! Homey, chill place to wait for your skiing buddies to finish their time on the slopes.
