Hadn’t been to the tree room in 10 years. Even though it’s so close it just kind of slipped under the radar. Returned last week for my wife’s birthday and we are already planning our next trip back. For my money it’s the best restaurant in Utah Valley and one of the top restaurants in Utah. Laidback but attentive and professional service. An accessible menu that felt comfortable for my 14 and 12 year olds but also with enough inventive choices that it was enjoyable for my wife and I. Great drink menu. The meal was perfectly coursed so the time seemed to disappear. Atmosphere, of course, was homey and comfortable- exactly what you’d want.

We’ve always eaten at Foundry when visiting Sundance, but not any longer. Tree room was a special experience. We were celebrating my mother in laws birthday. Our lead waiter, Brent, went above and beyond coordinating with the kitchen to ensure she got nice little surprises throughout. They even worked with me to “plate” our wrapped gift. But it was the team approach to service that was most impressive - everything was perfectly timed and delivered.
The food itself was spectacular. I struggle with the quality of fine dining in Utah, so it was a wonderful surprise to have such high quality dishes, from flavor to plating.
Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable evening.
Vegetarian options: The mushroom main was my favorite I’ve ever had.

Food was amazing, as expected. Ambience was very nice, we enjoyed sitting at the booths as a couple, very romantic.

Such a cozy, upscale, incredible restaurant. My husband and I noticed how insane the flavors were with every single bite. What a treat!

This afternoon was the beat ever!! A few weeks ago, I got reservations for Thanksgiving through George & Brynn!! I was sooo looking forward to it!!! So many choices for a most delicious 😋 meal!! Many employees & management came to my table to greet me kindly!! Brenna is an awesome server!! Very friendly & courteous!! If you're concerned on the price? It was all so very worth it!! Thank You kindly for everyone involved behind the scenes as well. I can't imagine all the planning & prep that made it all happen!! All of made my afternoon just perfect today!!
Cya next year!!

The most expensive dinner me and my wife have ever had, but it was a fun time nonetheless. Probably won't do it again because we spent $200 there, It was fun to do a fine dining full course meal. The steak I had was definitely the best steak I ever had, and the mocktails were very refreshing. Everything was delicious though, the only thing that wasn't a perfect five was the Thai green curry and seafood bisque, My only complaint being that it was not nearly enough green curry in it to even taste it and it was mostly just a seafood bisque. The atmosphere was absolutely incredible, probably the most notable difference between a fine dining experience and anything else. The service was also really good, but we thought we would have more frequent table visits with how little people were there. Had to wait a while for a service to come back to our table. Overall though, it was a fun time and I'm glad we did it, even if we can't afford to go back again.

This high end restaurant delivers quality ingredients and service with a welcoming atmosphere. All of the staff was attentive, we never sat without water, drinks or a dirty table. We didn’t feel rushed and were provided with great advise regarding meal choices.
The food was good. Not what I had envisioned for a place of this caliber to be honest but not a deterrent in returning for the experience. The ingredients are of high quality but it was missing something, I cannot put my finger on it.

Food was incredible, Michelin star quality. I could bathe in the lobster gnocchi 😂.
Service and ambiance were both great. The grounds were beautiful after dark.
My only minor complaint is that the grounds are in the process of being expanded, so you walk through a bit of a construction zone to reach the restaurant. Definitely plan some time walking the rest of the grounds before or after dinner though - quite magical!

Beautiful. Love the lobster gnocchi and grape seed oil Chilean sea bass. Amazing taste.
Rabbit is ok. I don’t like the sauce.
I like the tree in the dining room. Quite pleasant warm boutique environment. Wonderful service and people.
It’s special that Sundance has a spirit of a dream for its people. This spirit is rare and touching.

The food was delicious and the staff were wonderful, and very kind but be aware there's MAJOR construction that can make walking to restaurant a challenge. I didn't know ahead of time and fell down on the way. Rattled me a bit as it turns out there a short cut I could have taken and avoided this fall. But no one mentioned it and for people with disabilities or health issues this is important.

This has been on my list to explore for a couple years and it was SO worth the wait. The food was divine - they definitely emphasize quality bursting with flavor. The service was top notch and the ambience was super cozy. We got the longer gnocchi to start, the elk and duck bao buns for the main, and the chocolate dessert. Highly recommend all!?
Parking: It's open and free parking attached to the resort

I often visit here and I love the Appitizers, the in season food and fantastic cocktails. The environment is so relaxing, outdoor and ideal during spring and summer.

Delightful overall experience! McKenzie provided great service and the food, drinks, and ambiance were wonderful! If I may provide some feedback as to why this was not a 5-star experience…the timing of the food felt a bit rushed. I did let McKenzie know and she was so gracious and accommodated our request to slow the service a bit. Additionally the ancillary service staff interactions when filling water glasses and clearing plates were just a bit awkward. Otherwise, this was an amazing experience and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the multiple acknowledgments of our anniversary and the complimentary dessert!
