New ownership has really changed things. Menu is cut at least in half. The little extras that the chef wipped up are gone. My wife is gluten free and they used to be really accommodating. Not so much now. Not worth the money anymore. Funny that it's easy to find a table now. It used to be a lot busier.

I wanted to mention both Steven and Elle for their exemplary efforts to make it possible for my family to be able to dine last night before our moonlight ride even though we hd no reservations for 8-8:30. It made me truly happy that Steven and Elle worked together as a team to coordinate a seating for us. Unfortunately, while I was off trying to get a seating, my SiL grabbed a quick bite up the hallway. I am leaving a review even though we never made it to dine at The Tree Room. We will definitely return when we are back at Sundance and make a proper reservation as such.

Great atmosphere and service. Food and dessert was great. We ordered a a Peach mocktail and a mint ginger beer mocktail. We got a starter called dirty fries. Ordered the halibut dish to share, and the waitress put in two Halibuts. So two came out and they have a food runner so I said oh that’s nice they split it for us. I told the waitress, she said oh my bad, she informed manager, I stopped eating. Just shared my wife’s plate. Then at the end they asked if I wanted it boxed up and I said well what have we worked out? Manager drops off the check and says we comp’d the fries and the dessert. Nope, turns out they’re two entrees for $46 each. Other than that it was a fun first time trying here.

Possibly my favorite restaurant in Utah. Top 5 for sure. I've never been disappointed in the food, service, or ambiance. If I'm wanting to take someone to have a great meal in a stunning environment, this is my pick. You can't miss with the pepper steak, but everything I've had has been fantastic.
Having a restaurant with a good ambience and good food is worth the price, if you can afford it and if you leave the kiddos home. My wife and I ate here for our anniversary. It was lovely.

Hadn’t been to the tree room in 10 years. Even though it’s so close it just kind of slipped under the radar. Returned last week for my wife’s birthday and we are already planning our next trip back. For my money it’s the best restaurant in Utah Valley and one of the top restaurants in Utah. Laidback but attentive and professional service. An accessible menu that felt comfortable for my 14 and 12 year olds but also with enough inventive choices that it was enjoyable for my wife and I. Great drink menu. The meal was perfectly coursed so the time seemed to disappear. Atmosphere, of course, was homey and comfortable- exactly what you’d want.

We’ve always eaten at Foundry when visiting Sundance, but not any longer. Tree room was a special experience. We were celebrating my mother in laws birthday. Our lead waiter, Brent, went above and beyond coordinating with the kitchen to ensure she got nice little surprises throughout. They even worked with me to “plate” our wrapped gift. But it was the team approach to service that was most impressive - everything was perfectly timed and delivered.
The food itself was spectacular. I struggle with the quality of fine dining in Utah, so it was a wonderful surprise to have such high quality dishes, from flavor to plating.
Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable evening.
