Despite being notified by text that .y order was ready...the pizza was not in the portal. I had to wait 20 minutes in my car with my 5 and 3 year old while they prepared my order. Very annoying. I don't know if the pizza was taken by someone else...but regardless, it was not ideal. Also, the employees were unsympathetic and not at all in any rush to help.
Ordered $60 worth of pizza. Missing the stuffed pretzel pizza with cheese sauce. I returned to pick up the missing pizza or get a refund. But of course, closing shift was making it difficult claiming I couldn’t get my pizza nor a refund. I never had problems with this location until I came across rude night shift employees who made such a hassle trying to intimidate a customer by dramatically banging the pizza cutters against the table. Wow what can I even say, this place is amazing, the manager named Jamiel is a wonderful young man and very helpful, when he said my pizza would be 10 min it came out in 7! I’m very impressed and love eating here!
