“At first, I was completely put off because their weren’t prices listed. I immediately felt I was going to be overcharged. I asked the sweet lady for prices, and she obliged happily. It was the most I’ve ever paid for a boba and I’ve drank them all over. Even on Waikiki Beach they weren’t so expensive. So, why 5 stars? The brown sugar milk tea with traditional Boba was the best boba I have ever had! It was so good I am considering going back tomorrow before I leave town! Good job, Hello Boba. My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. One employee noticed her struggle and immediately made her a new drink, an extra free one for me and gave her a promotional gift card without hesitation. “At first, they missed something in my drink and I did the survey to mention it. I thought no one would care about it but eventually they did take it seriously and respond me back with email. Surprised.

I do recommend them as they have the options to adjust the sweetness and also the ice. A bit pricey compared to other boba shops but it’s good to have it once in awhile

“THE BEST Poke bowl I've had, outside of Maui. All fresh ingredients. Their masube and miso soup are pretty darn good as well. I'll be going back soon.“

First the Food. Everything is freshly made, hot, and very good. I've had the chicken, steak, and salmon teriyaki, all of which are fantastic. The plates are massive, and I often have lots of leftovers. The smaller bowls are also a full meal, and often what I order. The drinks are made fresh as well, and I am fond of the Thai Tea and Sakura Coffee. The Boba is fresh made and hot, which makes for a really fun and unique experience, with the ice cold beverage and warm Boba. Its a treat!
Their sushi is also fairly good.

The staff is great. The owners are extremely nice, and very helpful.

The restaurant is small, but well taken care of. Its clean, bright, and not too loud.

“As I always do at every poke place I've been to, I created my own bowl. While they were scooping the protein/fish, I was disappointed. The scoops were very small, like 2 to 3 pieces of fish per scoop. However, I was very happy with the finished product! After diving into my bowl did then I understand why the scoops were so small. It was because the fish cuts were much bigger than usual! Each piece of sashimi was quite large. I was very happy they had kale noodles as a base. All in all, yummy food and good experience. Servers were good, place was clean.“

Tried out Backstreet Boba and we had a great experience! This boba shop has a good variety of milk teas, smoothies, slushies, lemonades, fruit teas and matcha. There is also fresh made food and snacks to choose from as well! We tried their crunchy mochi from another event and will have to come back and try more of their food.

We got a standard brown sugar milk tea and it was as expected. The staff were friendly and the store was clean, great experience!

The girl who took my order complimented my pin that I had on my lanyard (I thought she was talking about my jacket at first but she wasn’t I just have bad hearing haha).
