“I was in the area visiting a friend and we ended up eating there two days in a row. The chicken is very good tasting white meat and the shrimp doesn't have an over bearing fishy flavor. The lunch menu you seem to get more of a sample of all their foods and supper is more ala carte. I highly recommend.Had sweet and sour chicken, sweet and sour shrimp, cream cheese won tons, crispy chicken chow mein, ham fried rice, egg rollWheelchair accessibility: Pushed a transport wheel chair and walker in and they kindly moved it to a safe location out of the way. Allowed us to put 2 tables together“

“I've eaten at Ho Ho' for 25-years. And today was no different. Food is great! If you want good Chinese food for a reasonable price. Don't worry about the building, check out the food! You will be glad you did! Don't take my word, find out yourself...“

“On a recent trip to Salt Lake City, we visited Chinatown because we always have to eat chinese food wherever we go. Out of all the restaurants available in Salt Lake's Chinatown Center, we picked this restaurant because the menu had a variety, in addition to having dim sum. We were not sure what to expect since you couldn't judge a restaurant by its cover! Inside has a dated decor, a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. We ordered some dim sum, beef chow fun, and shrimp egg foo young (even though I'm Chinese, I love egg foo young)!! The portion was generous. The food was authentic, fresh, and delicious. We also got some buns to go. AND best of all, you can't beat the price!! If we are ever in Utah again, we will definitely come back.“

“So this place has been around for a long time and I have a greater appreciation for it. They still do the classic carts on the weekends and you can also get dim sum during the off times as well along with other dishes. It’s a classic spot that serves all the traditional dim sum items along with some more selections. My brothers really like the Honey Walnut Shrimp and is a great item to share. Service is much better than what I remember and am glad that this place still exists! Parking is limited, but there are plenty of tables. One of the go to spot to hose an Asian wedding in Salt Lake! Pretty standard ambiance that is open.“

“awesome place. i went here to try the dim sum, super good. i stepped outside my comfort zone and had the golden sand buns, chicken feet, beef tripe, and spare ribs—all of which were amazing. my family ordered the chow mein (was spaghetti, i believe), as well as beef & a few meats if i recall correctly. their hot & sour and veggie soups were great too, not to mention their wonderful and large wontons. biggest i’ve seen so far. the shanghai dumplings and bbq pork buns were also great. this place has a wonderful dim sum selection, even when the cart isn’t going around. the atmosphere was a tad lacking though—i wish there was perhaps more music playing. anyway, good chinese food place with (what i believe to be) pretty decent authentic options. i’d come again.“
