Tonight my order was taken at 6:40 pm.. (time on my receipt). One customer just getting his order as I came in noticeably annoyed at the wait, one in front of me waiting to order and one came in behind me. There was one poor rep who was left on her own, while several of her peers sat in the back chit chatting with each other. I want to start by saying Collectively I worked at Jamba Juice (Orem, CA & Hawaii) for 5 years. I understand that training can be a slow process for some but I feel like even giving this location multiple chances, I am very disappointed. The supervisors don't even seem to be trained as team members, the smoothies are never consistent, usually melted (because it takes a minimum of 15 mins without a line) and don't usually even taste right. Pretty disappointed that I got half way threw my drink and ended up with some plastic elastic stuff in my mouth from my drink �
