Good ice cream bad customer service. My brother and I went into the location for an order to go. Get home and the order was messed up, being that it was late didn't make the drive back. Went in the next evening to buy their amazing fudge and see about having them make right on the messed up order. The cashier makes the dish and tries to charge us for it. We asked for the manager and he told us the policy was that they would only do refunds same day. They then threw away...
Amazed by the server, Allan. I asked what type of oil they used for frying and he was able to answer my questions. I have a soy sensitivity and he was able to walk me through menu items and even double checked with the manager. Seriously soo impressed with how kind he was about it and how much effort was put into making my food safe!
