Ordered carnitas burrito, got carne asada, clerk showed me on recpt, she wrote it up right. Had taken a couple bites before I realized and it was SALTYASF! GOT MY CARNITAS BURRITO, AND IT WAS SUPER SALTY ALSO... SOMEBODY GONNA HAVE A HEART ATTACK W THAT COOK.

Rancheritos has good food and they’re quick getting it out. My issue is the service at this particular location. I have been here probably 20 times in the past two years and more often than not the person who takes my order seems hostile and combative. I’m just ordering food and asking questions and I’m treated like I’m unwelcome and doing something wrong. It’s a bizarre situation. A lot of the people who take orders have terrible soft skills and awful demeanors.
