Starbucks Coffee Company has great staff who provide excellent customer service. The staff is always great and the coffee is always consistent. They have a great customer service attitude and are bright and enthusiastic. The location is clean and the food is great. They offer a variety of items such as coffee, frap, blueberry muffin, coffee cake, and eggs and Gouda protein box. However, some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as not receiving a full cup of coffee or having problems with their drinks. Despite this, the staff is willing to remake drinks for free if there is an issue. The drive-through is also a convenient option for customers. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is a great place to visit, with friendly staff and a clean environment, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and order accuracy. The staff's attention to detail, such as repeating orders back to customers, would help to prevent mistakes and improve the overall experience.
