My dad talked this place up for years as the best burger he's ever had, traveling hours to get his Capitol Burger fix, so I came in with high expectations. Needless to say my expectations were met. Capitol Burger in Torrey – hands down the best burger we had on our 2025 USA trip! Super friendly staff and incredibly delicious food. Juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. The burger I had from Capitol Burger was absolutely delicious. Four of us scarfed down burgers and fries after a hike in the park and to say it hit the spot is an understatement. We made such happy noises while eating that our neighbor at the campsite asked us where we had gotten the food 😆
Don’t miss this gem- incredible food, reasonably priced, friendly service. I only wish the owners at Capitol Burger would bring their truck to Zion (where we live!)
