We enjoyed breakfast at the Rock Garden Eatery for the two days that we stayed at the Red Sands Hotel. Service was excellent, although the first day we had to wait longer than we preferred due to a large family table that arrived before us. We were amazed at the enormous portions and shared one breakfast order for the two of us. The attached photo shows ½ of one order.

Everyone there was friendly and the restaurant itself looked fine, but the food was extremely disappointing. My quinoa bowl came highly recommended by the staff, but when I opened the box at home, one of the 5 ingredients was missing (red peppers), the avocado was bruised and way overripe, and the meal itself was way too small. I was very pleasantly surprised!!!
Staff were charming and the food excellent.
My hummus was very tasty and served with tons of pitta bread.
My quinoa salad had an excellent dressing and stuffed full of avocado, chopped cucumber, peppers, tomatoes and onions.
