I had read about this place in other reviews and knew we had to stop there on our only morning in Torrey. It even made the Excel spreadsheet trip itinerary - of course it did, right? Anyway, we pulled into the Dark Sky drive-thru and we're blown away by both the extent of the menu and the vibe of the folks working. They could not have been more engaging and fun! Some of the smoothest espresso we have ever had! The coffee the first day was so good we had to come back the second morning. Not only did we buy more coffee, but we bought some of their coffee beans, and their sticker. We would definitely go back again.!!

We visited Dark Sky Coffee in September of 2023. We bought breakfast burritos and Almond Chai tea lattes. The burritos were delicious and filling for our eight hour drive. But, the Chai tea was one of the best we ever had! Absolutely delicious ? Perfectly spiced.I also bought a sweat shirt that keeps my memories of Torrey and Capitol Reef alive.The owner was so friendly. Wish I could return one day.
