When we booked a room a year in advance we never got an email confirmation or any other documentation of our reservation. When our plans changed we didn’t have any info on whether we booked there so didn’t have a chance to cancel. Then got a call saying “just confirming you’re staying here” the date of the stay, and wouldn’t issue a refund or any cash back even though it was partly their fault. Beautiful lodge right at the Bryce amphitheater. Walking distance to all the great trails. The rooms are clean and quaint. The cabins look amazing. Wish the cabins were open in the Fall and Winter. Excellent Covid precautions and awareness
If you can’t travel safely out of country see your own! Ride in your personal vehicle and come to the wide open spaces and fresh air. There are so many amazing and wonderful places to see right here at home. Chose the less traveled path. Find the wonder.
