Decent meats, corn and flour tortillas look homemade and are delicious, and the portions are a good size. If hungry for Mexican after a hike, this hits the spot.

Kid-friendliness: Has walk-up picnic tables for seating. Was good for our 4 yo.

Guy running the truck was super nice and let’s get real finding a taco truck in the middle of no where is pretty awesome. I feel like the food was a good value for the price. This is comparing it to other taco places in Utah. Chill environment and nothing like some tacos after a day of hiking.

The carne asada burrito and quesadilla were both really solid. We were pretty impressed with the taste and quality. The taco truck really saved us from a dinner of convenience store snacks.
