No surprises. Food that is hot and fresh and doesn't upset my IBS, drinks made as expected and baristas who treat you like their favorite customer - even though you're from out of state and have never met.
I believe his name was something with a B, Bowen maybe? I’m really trying to remember his name. He deserves a raise, a promotion, and perhaps an award. Not only was that the most pleasant Starbucks visit I’ve ever had, he genuinely turned a rough morning around just by being so friendly and helpful.
