“Had to do a lunch for some of my clients in Vernal today they recommended ordering sandwiches from Jimmie B's. The food truck scene in Vernal ranks among the top even against big cities in the USA.. although when we ordered the sandwiches, they didn't have their apple slaw or Ajou for dipping sauce. But the ladies working today did an outstanding job of substituting those missing ingredients.. the Phillies sandwiches they all loved predominantly because of the meat quality and the cooking process. I had the pastrami sandwich, which was a fabulous cut of meat with very little fat to it, but the flavor was amazing. Nothing worse than eating a sandwich, which is filled with nothing but fat off of the meat. This sandwich did not was perfectly cooked. Great quality meat great quality of people and they really appreciated my business. I'm back the next time I'm in town guaranteed.“

“where do I begin, lol I'm addicted is the least way to say how freakin good they are. my husband don't like corn tortillas. but they do have a Quesadilla that's made with flour tortillas. he loves it and its so big it fed him and two of my kids. if I could give them more the 5 stars I would. they have wonderful customer service too!“
