“A delicious, friendly, inviting little restaurant. I might not give it ratings as high if it were in a big city, but as a surprise find in a smaller town, it’s just great. Very smooth Cadillac Margarita, great salsa and guacamole, yummy enchiladas, and very friendly service. It’s a little out of town, which I think makes it quieter than other restaurants, something I appreciated after a long day. Highly recommend.“

“I absolutely love this place my favorite tacos ever!!! It’s sad they close during the winter even though I don’t blame them. Winter, the cold frigid weather, and the snow. I would think most people stay home and cook so they don’t have to leave their homes in my opinion. Have not been here? Not only was the food and service great, but the way the staff handled having a nasty customer was very admirable. Kristi especially handled it with such grace. The food and service is unmatched. “I heard this was the best breakfast burrito in town, and I was not disappointed! Got the combo breakfast burrito and it is at least a pound and a half maybe 2lb of densely packed meats, potato, egg and cheese. Got hot sauce to go with it, which comes in the little plastic cups so you know it is fresh, which was also fantastic. If you've got a big appetite, need something extra filling, packed with protein, this is the one! 10/10 would recommend! Service was great too, the lady at the drive through window was really nice and made sure to throw in plenty of napkins.“

“I have always loved Cafe Rio. I have found up state they have tended to fall behind on service and quality but this Vernal local has been fantastic!!! I have visited them many times in the past without ever being disappointed. A huge thank you to the employees especially today when the heat was close 100 degrees and the air conditioning was out. All I can say is I hope management is on top of getting it fix!!! Just know employees were not complaining. They still gave the best service and put out great food!! Be proud of them and reward them!!“
