We’d given up on restaurants in Vernal. The food tastes like they all order from the same supplier. We’ve found almost everything we’ve tried in most restaurants is nowhere near as good as we can cook at home. We happen to finish meetings early this morning while in Vernal and saw Abbey’s Café. STUNNING! This is the absolute best American breakfast I have had in years. And I am not fooling. They bake their biscuits in house! They make their own strawberry jam as well! They know how to fry an egg! They hash browns were perfect! fully cooked with a golden crisp! Seriously, I felt moved by this breakfast. It made me remember how much I loved my grandma’s home cooking. This is the place to go for a awesome meal. And the prices are very reasonable.
I have been around Abby and her family since she was a little girl! Her mom, her Aunts and her Grandma have been owners and waitress of various restaurants! Popular places to eat and maybe just meet friends for coffee!
